Matt helped us get into our first home and was excellent. We had a number of credit issues and special requests and Matt was always very responsive and worked hard to get us in the house ASAP. As first time home buyers, my instinct was that I was being overly cautious or annoying but Matt never made me feel that way and walked us through the whole process. I highly recommend Matt - thanks!

We worked with Matt on the recent purchase of our home. It was a fairly complex transaction for us, and Matt was with us every step of the way. He bent over backwards to accommodate our particular situation and needs, taking and making calls at all hours and thinking through hitches and bumps creatively. Working with Matt was a very smooth experience. He got all of the questions answered up front, and all fees and closing timelines turned out exactly as he quoted.
