After getting a pricey quote from a national online mortgage company I decided to give Matt a call. From the first time we spoke I knew that was the right move. He was always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; and he always had time to answer my questions whether it was day or night. He was able to to cut my closing costs by over 50% from the original quote I had from the other company, and by the end of the process I was simply referring to him as "Mr. Good News".
