I went as a new patient to see Dr. Brennan. He was kind, compassionate, listened well & spent enough time with me. I would recommend him to anyone in the area needing a new doctor.
I find Dr. Brennan to be an excellent primary care physician. I have never felt rushed, he explains everything and is easy to deal with. He orders lab and other tests and contacts you with results. Easy to communicate with via the app. I also have two other family members that see him.
Listens to patient concerns.
Would not write an exemption for the college mandated booster for my son, even though he experienced a very dangerous thrombocytopenic reaction with spontaneous bruising on his chest and arms after Covid vaccine. Took him to another provider, who thankfully said my son could definitely not get the booster, and wrote medical exemption.
I wouldn't recommend this Doctor, he doesn't care and just ships you off to a specialist. He doesn't listen to the patient and doesn't like to be questioned. It's obvious that he couldn't make it as an orthopedic and could care less about anything but a paycheck.
It isn't the doctor fault but it is the fault of the office management team that schedules appointments. I scheduled a new patient appointment for May 21st in the beginning of April. I called to confirm my appointment because I have not received a call or email since I made the appointment. They got a new scheduling software and changed my appointment to the following Tuesday (I scheduled it for a Friday because I am off work on Fridays) without telling me and with no notice that my other appointment was cancelled.
