I wonder who is the owner of this apartment. Homeless breaking and demolished 50% of the unit. The office staff are ruthless and trash. They never care about the property. Who ever the main manger need to act to save the property. The staff looks like sending Homeless people to empty units. If you tell them or talk to them they laugh at you. My area is quiet mostly when my neighbor isn't opening & closing their annoyingly squeaky door all hours of the night. I would give a better rating if they would keep up with apartment maintenance as well as keeping the grounds around my building clean by picking up trash and debris on a regular basis.
I love it, and I feel so thankful, and blessed to be here! I love my apartment, and beautiful surroundings. Everyone here is helpful, and friendly. Lisa, in the office, is awesome, and has helped me with any questions, or anything that I needed. I live in the senior section.
My grandmother is 82 been living in the Mathew Henson for 3 years going on 4. They have not fixed things in her house like rail on stairs black mold ceiling leaking in multiple spots has a doctor note to move down stairs has had since first year living there doctors order but yet nothing has been done. Waiting the whole week just to replace the damn bathtub that maintenance knows about it and still waiting. I have no idea which country that thing is coming from bcz even if I came from Alaska It could be here by now.
