I moved into the Mathews Henson apartments in 2019. for a long time I felt it was a great place close to everything but this last past year and a half it's been hell things not getting fixed I've been without heat/AC since October of 2024 Everytime I go in the office it's the same thing we are waiting on whatever. worst thing to me is they do not communicate with their residents if there is a problem simply communicate which in my prospective will eliminate a lot of confusion and frustration.
