Dr Sleziak is caring and compassionate and he especaily listens to what you have to say. He explains procedures very well and answers all questions to make sure you understand. I was in a lot of pain and when I sent a message in my portal, he responded quickly and was able to get me in for an injection right away and I am now pain free.
Dr Sleziak and his staff were very kind and helpful. He took all the time we needed to have thorough exam and answer all our questions in a manner we could understand. He was not rushed and we are grateful to him for his care.
Truly one of the best doctors I have seen. He and his staff are truly the nicest most understanding group. He really listened to me and now we’re on a journey to getting me healthy and pain free.

Hands down the best provider I could ask for. He truly has the best bedside manners you could ask for. You leave from seeing him feeling cared for and listened to. During procedures he is so calming and makes sure you’re doing ok the whole time. Him and every staff member in the endoscopy center are amazing.
