After waiting for month and paying for rate locks, because of the IRS dragging their feet, when everything was submitted, i feel the underwriting department was no efficient and it caused me to pay additional fees to the IRS and State of Pennsylvania as well as additional rate lock fees. Seemed crazy that after having the appraisal for months, at the end I'm questioned about a property which was clearly on my appraisal. I don't feel that Matt had anything to do with that delay, but the underwriting process did!

Seems the right hand wasn't sure what the left hand was doing. There were different folks emailing me 'to do' lists/signing. I felt more comfortable working with one person and not several.
