Very nice staff, very professional and very knowledgeable. I just didn't feel as if the Doctor I seen wasn't listening to me, I felt more talk at and too, than heard. It's like it was a prerecorded conversation. The Physical therapists and the nurse practitioner was amazing. I would go back for physical therapy if ever needed again.
Doctor missed the appointment to call and talk to me about the X ray results. No one tried to contact me to go over the results. When I contacted them they apologised and even the second appointment was missed by the doctor. Therapy was good, but it was never coordinated with the doctor or anyone with the Xray results. Was the one explaining to the therapist what was needed , but definitely the therapy staff were great and helpful. The least one would expect is a consultation about results and this I never was given.
The whole team at Peachtree Spine is amazing! Amia and Nicole are the best at what they do. Keira always makes me feel comfortable and welcome when I enter the building. Dr. Ogelsby treated me with care and expertise. Like I said, the best at what they do! 😎
Dr. Oglesby is awesome he made sure that he explained everything that I was experiencing and why it was happening and he also made sure that he provided me with proper care and information to help me get through my pain and suffering. He is very good at making sure his patients are well taken care of!!!!
My experience has been awesome. Dr. Oglesby was very thorough and great bedside manner. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, very attentive.
