Very nice staff, very professional and very knowledgeable. I just didn't feel as if the Doctor I seen wasn't listening to me, I felt more talk at and too, than heard. It's like it was a prerecorded conversation. The Physical therapists and the nurse practitioner was amazing. I would go back for physical therapy if ever needed again.
I had the best experience with this practice. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dr Matthew Oglesby is Awesome. He even had me laughing through my pain while getting my injection 😊
Their level of professionalism is unmatched. I absolutely love this team. They actually care about your long-term health. This team from Kierra to Rebecca to the doctors and physical therapists are EXCELLENT 👍
Doctor missed the appointment to call and talk to me about the X ray results. No one tried to contact me to go over the results. When I contacted them they apologised and even the second appointment was missed by the doctor. Therapy was good, but it was never coordinated with the doctor or anyone with the Xray results. Was the one explaining to the therapist what was needed , but definitely the therapy staff were great and helpful. The least one would expect is a consultation about results and this I never was given.
The Dr's and staff was awesome, theylisten and understood, my pain, the Dr's had a plan to get me feeling 100% again. I would definitely go back to them, if I have any more problems.
