Staff was friendly, it was my first time in their office, I didn’t have to wait long and Dr. Matthew Smith was very down to earth and very nice, absolutely loved him! I am old school, in order to succeed in your carrier you need to have a great attitude with patients, and this doctor absolutely meets the criteria! Thank you for your care! You gained a patient! As this was my first visit to a Urologist, I was a bit nervous but any nerves were soon calmed by a very kind and caring Staff and Dr. Smith seemed very caring, kind, patient and answered all of my questions and put me at ease in every way. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathew Smith for any male (or female) questions, problems or concerns. He is awesome...Staff as well.
Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and was able to work through all my concerns and give me excellent advice on my condition. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for answers to urology questions.
Doctor Smith was very informative and respectful. Gave my mother a plan she can understand. He was patient with all of our questions.
I saw Dr. Mathew Smith. He explained to me why I was there(I was referred by my doctor) and gave me options of how we might proceed. He then explained the options in detail also giving me his opinion on how to continue from that point. He listened to my questions and conferred with me as to which option might be best. After agreeing on what to do next, he offered to see me again if any symptoms appeared. He was courteous and kind, thorough in his explanations and reminded me that bedside manner still exsists.
