First visit to someone other than my primary care doctor. Went over to Miami Valley South and they were awesome to deal with. Dr. Matthew Smith was very personable and easy to deal with. Answer my questions came up with a plan.
Everyone in the office is so pleasant and helpful! Dr. Smith took his time, answered all my questions, made me very comfortable. A great experience!
It is a rarity to go into a new doctor's office and feel as welcomed as we were. The office personnel made us feel extremely comfortable. Right at the front desk by each person is a small framed picture with a little bio of the person helping you. On the bio they include " dog mom" or " fur baby" and their dogs name.
