The reason for today’s appointment was to make up for my missed appointment yesterday due to the fact that the scheduler made the appointment in Eastern time and I’m in Central time. The frustrating part is that when I made the appointment I was very clear that the time must be Central, not Eastern. Other than that, things went well today. Thanks.
