What a disappointment. Dirty dirty place, outside was filthy. Smoking in a “no smoking “ area. Staff sitting inside on phones talking instead of cleaning up. This place has deteriorated SO much, in particular since the older manager left, his name “T…” was on the ball and it was always clean and tidy.
Always a fantastic experience at Thirsty Camel 🙌 Great selection of drinks, competitive prices, and super friendly staff who are always happy to help. Whether I’m looking for a classic favourite or something new to try, they never disappoint. Highly recommend 👌
Filthy shop and facilities. Place stinks like sewage. Staff are lazy and rude. More interested in sitting on their phones and not looking up than doing their job. Also, cheaper prices and lovely workers a couple of blocks away, corner Ballarat Rd and Gordon Street.
Community feel about the place, staff are friendly, drinks are Bottle-O prices and music, lots of food options close by but this place serve up Buzza Chicken, try the soy garlic, chips and onion rings - YUM. Can shop at ALDI, do laundry OR get nails done and leave hubby to have a drink without spending city prices.
Dirty, disorganised store. The staff member who served me was rude. I purchased two bottles of wine advertised on special, but my receipt showed I’d been charged full price. When I questioned this, I was told the discount was for “members only.” I asked how to become a member and was directed to a QR code.
