Excellent customer service...
It was a Saturday the Asian guy couldn't speak a word of English. I asked about the special it the catalogue on craft beer. He asked me where's the catalogue. Didn't know what I was talking about and didn't even get it right with the car in front of me. 2 cars left no sales.
My experience at the bottle mart was somewhat of a weird one I have been a loyal customer to bottle mart for a very long time I had been served by a man called troy I had asked 4 times how much for a bottle of Jack Danielson there was no response then when he responded he told me he was deaf witch I did not believe how disappointing the younger man that usually serves me is of excellent service so from now on I will drive straight back outif troy is there.
Adrian a wonderful chap who served me. Adrian listens to all my problems and helps cure my loneliness. I can go on and on about what a angel Adrian is but words will not do his beauty justice. One things for sure without Adrian I will not be alive.
