Another level of care. Morgan and her team have done a terrific job with our dad. The memory care has made a real difference for our dad. The facility is resort like. Highly recommended.
My mother moved to Mattison about 14 months ago. After touring many places I chose Mattison for price, everyone was so nice, loved the front porch, and the services. Unfortunately, we have not had greatexperiences since then. This is my only experience with assisted living so maybe I am being naive. But I have found a huge gap in communication between the director, nurses and aids. My Dad was forced after a hospitalization to move to assisted living. He was in the hospital and was very sick and went to Rehab and I was completely overwhelmed where he was going to go b/c he couldn't go home. I was so worried if he would be happy. There are not enough words to express our gratitude to the staff, administration, maintenance crew and all others who help take care of the residents at Mattison Crossing as they transition into an assisted living facility. I have a personal and professional relationship with Mattison Crossing. Everyone is caring and compassionate. Ruth, Aida and Brittney, always communicate are always available to answer questions, follow up on the needs of their residents. If I could give Mattison Crossing 100 stars I would. I highly recommend them as one of the best Assisted Living Communities!
