The counter guy (Charles) was extremely helpful. He didn't have what I needed, but he researched it online and found the best deal for me elsewhere. Thank you. Good service is rare these days, but it exists here at UTEC.
We prepaid for some equipment at UTEC which they never delivered and would not return our money. They proceeded to decline our calls. We had to sue them before we got our money back. Very unprofessional and unethical. We will never buy anything from here ever again.
I highly recommend UTech! We were traveling through Lafayette and had RV brake issues and Matt was so incredibly helpful with my husband. I hope that my positive review will help promote more business for this great establishment! The staff here is amazing.
