Dr Tacke is a very caring person and tries to take into account the patient's wishes and concerns, however she has to contend with the general environment of the clinic. The nurses are good, but the office staff and the rules by which they follow are neither patient friendly nor always make any sense. I would recommend Dr Tacke as a physician, but not the clinic. Unfortunately, you can't just change to another clinic or office and be assured of the service you receive.
