Dr. Haberman is sensitive to my needs. He has been my Psychiatrist for a long time and together we have found the right regimen to make me happy and content.

This is what changed when lifestance took over from Carmel Psychological Associates: It takes a long time to get a call to go through to the appropriate person You’re phone introduction is way too lengthy ( it takes approximately 4/5 minutes just to speak to a live person). It is not an emergency and I can’t get the information from the patient portal. I need to speak with a person. My bill for the same visit has gone up 300% for the same services since Lifestance took over.
I really like the fact that we can meet through the phone and video. I live in NJ. During Covid I could even call from my home. Wish I could still do that. So much better, especially with the weather changing.
The telehealth visit is convenient. Dr Haberman is always thorough and professional.
