I accidentally put gas in a diesel vehicle and GMC sent Maurice’s towing. Waited 2 hours for them to arrive to the gas station in town. Told the driver on the phone that I didn’t want to start the vehicle and do any damage. He clicked arrive on the dispatch app so I couldn’t see his location for another hour while he was enroute. I was from 2.5 hrs away, had no idea who you were call to get me out of the pickle I found myself in. I got a hold of Maurice’s team and I was sooooo thankful!!!!!! Quick, knowledgeable and made me feel safe. The driver made sure my trailer was hooked up correctly and wouldn’t let me leave untill he did a light check too. I’ll forever be grateful of their AMAZING service !!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good about the service that I received. Everyone was extremely helpful And friendly. This helped to relieve the stress out of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area.

Horrible experience. Never have an accident away from home. Learn something new. Can’t pick up your care when ready. Out of office until Monday, but still charge for Saturday and Sunday. Thought it was 24/7. Arrangement made to have car towed was told not waiting on tow I arranged through my insurance company. Which provides estimated wait times and if any delays. Was willing to keep personal updates at all times with pick up time. I was told did not want to just sit there and wait.
