We needed a photo enlarged and printed to display at a funeral. We went to the Redditch store, and was served by the area manager Sam. She was so kind and caring and has a great way with her customers. We are so pleased with the photo. The shop assistant who was working with her was also brilliant. . I didn’t get her name but she usually works at the Kidderminster store. They both made an upsetting time so much more bearable!

Jacob at Tesco Redditch was extremely helpful. He obviously takes great pride in the final product and he worked with the photos I had to produce a fantastic collage photo selection. He printed it off and popped it in a suitable frame as well. He was friendly, polite and really good at his job. Thank you Jacob. You are a superstar!!

UNACCEPTABLE! Bloke in their doesn’t have a clue. I paid good money for a canvas to have it with a white strip down side of it and for it to be completely diagonal. he’s lucky I didn’t catch his name. He’s young with hair bunched up. Disgraceful. Luckily he was sentient enough to process a refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE

Popped by Wednesday the gentleman in there who had long hair tied up. Believe his name was Jake but can’t remember. His behaviour was so unkind and was rolling his eyes at me just asking for help. I asked how he was but he practically ignored me. I took a photo of the QR code to leave a review when I had the time.
