I have been to this place 3 times in the last week. And I can honestly say the service has been impeccable each time. I didn't have a clue what I was doing and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. Payton helped me on the first day and was really helpful and super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Another friendly lady I don't know her name on my second visit was really helpful and gave me advice on what prints to have. Redditch Max Spielmann, quick, very smooth service & man in their is extremely helpful, even helped me about Tesco products! Shame high street one shut down as didn’t know this one was in Tesco till yesterday. None the less amazing service!
An exercise in frustration! We needed a passport photo for my wife for a French passport. We went here this past Sunday. When we got there at 3:30pm, there was a barrier across the entrance as if it was closed. There was a young man in there, so I asked if he was closed. He said yes, sorry. I pointed out their website said they were open until 4pm. He said "we have to close before Tesco closes". That didn't make sense, so I asked why do they put 4pm on the website. Not to sure this review will do it justice, but what a top customer service experience i encountered today at Max speilmann in Redditch Tesco. I was greeted with an enthusiastic, cheerful lady called Lauren who was covering for another colleague which isn't her usual store. Nevertheless, even in different territory, Lauren provided and helped me navigate the self service machines providing some really useful tips and tricks enhacing your picture qualitu along the way.
