Went in to get a price list and was told by the disinterested lady member of staff they don't have them, they are only online. So, go to the shop, see what you might like and cant find out the price until you go online. Crazy, and what a way to treat potential customers. Newbury 8th December.
Staff is never welcoming or helpful. From our experience, and this is quite a few times now in the past few years, they tell you the turn around for developing disposable cameras is 10 working days but it's never less than 21. They don't even look if the photos have arrived. They ask if you received a text and if you have not, they don't even try to help, they dismiss you. I recently had 4 large canvas prints made up of my recent holiday plus another 4 medium ones from photos I had taken. The service I received was outstanding. The quality of the canvas prints was excellent and the staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and efficient, offering great advice and an incredibly quick turnaround. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, I will be back!
