Wow! Really great experience today in Tesco Weston Favell. We were greeted by Kate who took care of us throughout, she helped us with choosing the size of all our photos as some were not so clear due to age/daylight, so it worked out best to have some a smaller size. Kate really went above and beyond helping us as we are not very good with technology. Nothing is too much trouble for Kate she is most calm and patient throughout. I applied to renew my passport at the Weston Favell branch, Kate helped me from start to finish.. She sent my passport on Tuesday morning and I had it back by Saturday morning.. fab service
