I needed to write a review simply because this is the best customer service I have ever received. The lady that served me was called Karen she calmly, cheerfully and kindly served a full shop with care and a smile which is extremely rare in Rotherham. This lady needs a promotion a raise and a medal for dealing with such a diverse range of issues each customer had. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart you are an absolute star 🌟
