Called into the Rochdale branch recently and luckily Julie came over to assist us to select photos for a Christmas poster, despite being run off her feet. She's always so pleasant and very helpful. Very happy with final purchase with her assistance, although I do have to say that had it been left to the younger assistant that day, we'd have likely left without making a purchase, as that young woman possessed zero skills and was unnecessarily abrupt. Went in to the Rochdale store with photos on an old phone that I needed printing off. I was served quickly and very efficiently by a very friendly lady, I can't remember her name but she was she made the whole process so easy. The photos I wanted were very sentimental to me and she understood what I wanted and I am thrilled with the results. The 2 ladies in the store that day are a credit to your store.
