went i to the rugby branch for competition prints. their printer had been funny for a few days as my friend in the same comp had had issues the day before. my friend and I were talking and mentioned the deadline is tomorrow to hand prints in. both mine and my friends prints came back with lines on. one of my prints was unusable but decided to offer to buy both of them anyway for a bit of adiscount. staff member said no. I doubled my offer and he replied with "I have you over a barrel" i assume he was refering to my dead... read more
I went in with my daughter who was having a photo shoot for my grandson. Stephen was amazing! He was polite, professional and friendly. He also managed to get some amazing pictures even though my grandson was moving around all the time, and kept crawling away. He was very patient, making sure he managed to get plenty of really good pictures with different poses. He also managed to do this whilst runing the busy shop on his own! Definitely recommend.
Chrissy and Kirsten absolutely delightful young ladies who went over and above helping me today not only helping me at the terminals but framing too . What I also loved is there was another older gentleman in the shop too who they were sooo lovely with too, very endearing . These ladies are an absolute reflection of the sign on the door in bringing their own individuality to customers xx
Chrissy is an absolute gem. She's always friendly, bubbly and full of personality. Her outgoing nature puts you at ease, and she makes every experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and takes pride in her service. I couldn’t recommend her enough
