Staff are helpful , they are polite, answered my all queries. Took visa photo. It's better than the photo I had taken in the kiosk machine earlier.Must visit for any photo work.The staff in the shop (don't know the name) is professional I thought after taking the visa photo she will just handover but she cut each photo and kept in paper file and worte the purpose of photo. Appreciate her professional work.
Went last year to renew my passport. They filled in the online form, took my photo, sent off my old passport and three weeks later my new one came in the post. Staff were very helpful, patient and efficient.
Easiest passport renewal of all time. They took the photo, making sure it was the right size and met the requirements.
