Management, you should be aware of the kind of services your employees are delivering, very unpleasant experience today. Turned up 2:25pm today for a shoot and portrait with my 1 year old daughter. The fact that the same reviews are coming up with poor customer service but nothing is being changed speaks volumes. We've had an awful experience today with your employee "Eszter". She was damn right rude and literally started shouting at me. I arrived at the shop at 3.40pm to get some last minute photos printed. Whilst trying to work the machine she stood behind the counter shouting at me "HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE YOU PRINTING BECAUSE IM CLOSING SOON". Really unpleasant experience here. The girl that was working there had the attitude of a teenager and I was offered no help with printing my pictures. When I finally managed to work out how the machine worked the picture quality was terrible! You live and learn as the saying goes.
Awful. £18.50 to get some pictures for a disposable camera to be developed . Only 1 member of staff working so had to wait in a que to be served.
Awful customer service and experience. We had our passport photos taken here, and while the images seemed a bit washed out, we were assured that if they were rejected, they would retake them. Unfortunately, the images were rejected by the UK passport office due to being too bright on the forehead. When we returned to have the photos retaken, we explained the situation and provided the rejection email from the passport office as well as the email with the original digital photos.
