Absolutely fantastic shop assistant. Working under real pressure as there were many customers in the shop. Some of the scanners refused to work but the assistant was completely professional and unflappable. Brilliant set of photos transferred from 1970s slides to photos. Thank you so much
Review (3rd Oct 25): The staff member working today was absolutely awful. She seemed to expect me to know everything she did, offered no information on the services, and acted mardy just because I giggled for a few seconds while having my photo taken (which I always do). I left feeling fuming and completely let down. I genuinely hope I don’t have to deal with her again. Next time, I’ll just go to an Asda photo booth instead.
I recently visited this photo shop, which is advertised as being open until 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:00 PM, and from the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The staff member looked at the clock and seemed annoyed when I asked if I could have my passport photos taken. She told me to wait because she was busy, even though there were no other customers at the time. Took my 15 month old in for a passport photo because I'd had no luck doing it at home - Morgan was absolutely amazing with him, took great photos and was so patient and helpful. No way I could have managed to do his photo on my own and she explained how to use the digital code for the application too. Beyond impressed, thank you so much!
Today I came to print 2 photos. The lady who was working there was very snappy. I wouldn't say she was necessarily rude but she was impatient, cut us off when we spoke and acted as if she had no time and that we were a bother even though we were the only customers. She was constantly on her phone talking to her friend. She had a name badge but it had been covered by her hair so we don't know her name.
