What excellent service, have used this shop many times and they are always polite and helpful.
Poor customer service had tools to do the engraving on my Bracelet but then refused to do it after mumbling under her breath “I can’t be bothered”

Very impressed with the customer service from the girl who served me this afternoon her name was Megan she was so helpful and clearly knows her job. This has been my second time in this shop since Christmas and both times I have been served by her and she has always been smiling and very attentive. Keep up the good work
On the 27th we stopped into the store for a etched photo frame. Kirsty was there, on her own, as was later found out Is often the case, from another local regular. Despite having a fair handful of people in the store she managed to serve everyone in a timely way, was polite and tried to be available to everyone where and when she could. The photo we printed and the frame came out great and Kirsty did her best to make us and the others happy and I think multitasked very successfully.
