Had a lovely experience this morning just popping in to print out some forms, my son who is autistic and non verbal, was really upset as he's not good in new places and he was crying for the duration. Both staff members that were working were lovely with him and so so understanding. Went above and beyond to help me and help keep him calm. Thankyou so much. We need more people like them in the world!
I went into store very near closing and wanted to be quick but had issues with my image having areas cut off, I was very disappointed and had no idea how to sort it out. Beth came to my rescue and re sized my images and was super helpful and generous even though it was home time!! Immense customer service with huge smiles and humor. Thank you so much for helping me and saving my Xmas photo!! Great prices too!
What a lovely young lady on Tuesday I called In she was on her own it was so busy and she handled everything perfectly , today I called in again it was a lot quieter and she helped me loads with printing photos , what a lovely young girl her name is Charlotte Barnsley branch x
What a gem of a shop this is in Barnsley! The atmosphere is always so friendly and help is always on hand. Recently, Charlotte created for me a wonderful framed collage of an event that taught me more about my family history. Not only did she put the chosen photos together in the most beautiful way, but she added a perfect quote. I absolutely adore my collage and shall treasure it. Prompt printing of a 8x10 glossy photo of Sparkles whilst I waited. Friendly and helpful staff helped me operate equipment and showed me how to transfer image from my phone. I asked for glossy photo paper and results were excellent. Highly recommended
