Overall everything was good. However, I noticed a cupboard door lock was broken and just needed screwing back in. When I went to fix it, I was pushed away and told it was “staff only,” which I already understood. At the same time, the staff member was playing music on repeat and watching reels. I wasn’t pleased with that behaviour.
My little boy had a christmas photo shoot with Gem, she was amazing with him and got the most beautiful photo’s to capture his 1st christmas. We were able to pick up the photo’s an hour later. Amazing service.
Came in to get the kids school photos redone, and Gem was so helpful and took some lovely shots of my little ones, all while helping other staff members along the way. Thanks so much for a great experience!
Ladies in store today were absolutely brilliant with me and my lad today doing his provisional photo! Thank you 👍 owner should give them a pay rise for the multitasking I saw! Cheers guys much appreciated for your help today!!!
Had lovely experience today , came here to do my daughters 1sr christmas photo shoot . Staff were amazing and friendly ! Special thankyou to Gem for being so helpful and going above and beyond for making me feel so comfortable .🩷
