Came in today on short notice to have some new school photos done for my children as I wasn't impressed with the ones they got at school, the gent and lady (sorry didn't catch their names) was brilliant! So friendly and happy even with it being the end of the day and helped loads! They did so many shots and even redone some for me as my boy didn't want to smile, they was great with my kids and went through everything with me and showed me the different packages on offer, every photo is beautiful and will be returning again, ... read more
My experience here yesterday was brilliant. I popped in without notice to have a passport photo redone manually, after getting a terrible result (from somewhere else) with an automated photobooth. The person who helped me was very professional (and patient, as I was a bit stressed by this point) and the photo they took is x10 better. This is the only place I'll go when I need ID photos in future.
Had an amazing experience in store today, I came in around 5:15 which I appreciate is close to closing time and was assisted by a lovely woman called Julie, she helped me photocopy some old photos and was particularly attentive with ensuring I was happy before they were printed, I brought in a rather old photobooth photo and she was more then helpful with making sure I was happy with the positioning and how the photos would come out after being printed due to some of them being a lower quality. I have used this store for a few years now. It's always my no.1 choice because the staff are brilliant and helpful, I know I can walk in, even if I'm in a rush, they will assist me with doing everything for me and speed up my stay, which is great! I walk in with a picture on my phone and in 5 minutes max I'm out, with the picture in the fame I chose. Complete hassle free, prices are reasonable for today's market, and I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you to all staff! You're why I come back!
