My experience here yesterday was brilliant. I popped in without notice to have a passport photo redone manually, after getting a terrible result (from somewhere else) with an automated photobooth. The person who helped me was very professional (and patient, as I was a bit stressed by this point) and the photo they took is x10 better. This is the only place I'll go when I need ID photos in future.
Had an amazing experience in store today, I came in around 5:15 which I appreciate is close to closing time and was assisted by a lovely woman called Julie, she helped me photocopy some old photos and was particularly attentive with ensuring I was happy before they were printed, I brought in a rather old photobooth photo and she was more then helpful with making sure I was happy with the positioning and how the photos would come out after being printed due to some of them being a lower quality. Came in today on short notice to have some new school photos done for my children as I wasn't impressed with the ones they got at school, the gent and lady (sorry didn't catch their names) was brilliant! So friendly and happy even with it being the end of the day and helped loads! They did so many shots and even redone some for me as my boy didn't want to smile, they was great with my kids and went through everything with me and showed me the different packages on offer, every photo is beautiful and will be returning again, ... read more
I took some cameras in about 10:00ish and by 13:00 I had already received the digital versions of the images, such fast turnaround!
The lady today was very rude and to a certain extent racially insensitive. Won’t be bothered with this place ever again
