I highly recommend this store, especially for the baby photoshoots. I have brought my daughter through her first year and manager Dale has been amazing at capturing some beautiful photos for us to cherish forever. The photoshoot experience and the photos have been so wonderful. Dale is a credit to Max Spielmann! Thank you.
Wow, absolutely fantastic customer service, by Adele, Rachel and Jamie. They were extremely polite, professional and went the extra mile to meet my needs. They didn't rush me, despite I went well over the closing time. Will definitely be visiting again soon. They are a credit to that store, and deserve some sort of reward and acknowledgement, for what they do, and how they treat their customers. Absolutely fantastic, keep up the great work. 👍
Dale was so helpful with helping me downloading the pictures I needed. Great customer service. The shop was immaculate and service provide was top quality. Many thanks
Great shop till it wasn’t closed for renovation, I normally go there to get my film process and they would develop the c41 films within an hr or a day or so. But now things have change, my c41 films are been sent out taking as long as getting a black and white films . The staff told me 3 to 5 working days . Went there after full week nothing . They can’t even give you a clear date when you will get it . Really disappointing, I will have to change my developer. I need someone with clear commitment.
It is one of the best shops I've been. The staff are so helpful its a pleasure to go there.
