Karen was incredibly rude to me and other customers calling me useless when I was not involved with anything and my family were choosing pictures, she also told a 5 year old child to look better and to copy another kid in a really rude undermining manner this was when he was taking his passport pictures overall would never look to come back due to the customer ... read more
Met by Karen in Doncaster town centre. Poor customer service with little patience and negative attitude towards other customers too. Purchased the items we wanted however other than that a bad experience hence a one-star review. Should monitor staff as customer service plays a big part in repeat business.

Old woman… yes I said it… with blonde hair was as rude as anything thinks the world revolves round her like she dosent have a job to do I called in and quickly popped my head through asking how long it would be to get 1 photo developed as I was on my way to work. I’ve used this company before for photos and somtimes it’s 20 mins you have to wait till it gets developed. Love this place. I go in for photos of the children taken pretty regularly as they are reasonably priced and of good quality. I also took my children in for their passport photos done and the member of staff talked me through it all and helped me with what was and wasn’t okay. I’ve always been met by a friendly staff member whenever I’ve been in. I can’t recommend this place enough.
