Dont even want to give it a star. Debbie amd her pal gassing while serving and did not offer to help edit photos when done in error. Didnt ask if i needed help prior. Photo was for a grave stone aswell. Bad service. The sign says its "their" shop as well 🤣
Staff member named Debbie was very rude with appalling customer service. No friendly approach, when asked questions about baby photoshoot very blunt answers and seemed like she didn’t want to help. Whilst trying to book the photoshoot, she was telling me how I should go to a different branch with more staff as she has other customers booked in her diary, even though I could see her diary was empty with one other customer for next week. They took awful passport pics of my father. The images were a lot darker in complexion nothing like the actual photo subject. Lighting was poor. Service was unprofessional. Staff was rude. Waste of £15. Never ever going here again. Never recommending this place to any friend and or family. DON'T GO HERE. You are better off using the automatic photo booths outside and or elsewhere.
I have made 3 visits to the store and each time the 2 girls have been so helpful, professional and friendly. I have a fear of technology but these 2 ladies make it so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
Very disappointed in the services and photos received. I paid £250 for 6 high gloss pictures and was assured that these would be excellent quality as advertised. Debbie served me and although she was bubbly and helpful, she was also rude. She made a comment that upset me. She looked at one picture of me and my family at a wedding and said “wow is that you???
