Stood for ages and was not acknowledged there were customers behind counter Then was left standing lot longer unacknowledged ended up working out ourselves that we needed to email documents My husband had to ask what was happening to then be t9ld we had to wait as the customers who were behind the counter had queued the system. We originally thought they worked here. Dont mimd waiting at all but was awful felt like we were an inconvenience.
