I visited the store on Saturday and met lovely Ellie. She was so kind and helpful and didn't stop until we had the perfect passport photo. I had previously had failed attempts with my photo and Ellie made it her mission to change this and put my mind at ease. I had my little girl with me and Ellie was kind and friendly towards her too. It was a brilliant experience and I cannot thank her enough. What a star! I will definitely recommend.

I presented the staff with a difficult problem which involved getting a pdf file downloaded and scanned. Due to the nature of the file and problems with in store WiFi this did not happen as easily as I had anticipated. However the staff member - Ellie, was exceptionally patient, polite and showed the most amazing problem solving skills I have seen.
