Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was exactly right. I came into your Darlington branch on Wednesday and met a lovely young lady who I believe is the new manager, after an unpleasant experience In the past my faith has been restored.
