Fantastic service from the lady in the Kendal branch. From taking my passport photos to renewing my out of date passport everything was so easy. New passport arrived 5 days later.

Popped in today Mon 28th Oct for a couple of photos, the lady in the shop (sorry didn't get her name) was extremely helpful, we were using one of the computers linked to our phone, she made the process very easy for us both, great service thankyou!
Had some photocopying done today in Kendal branch and just want to say that the woman who served me deserved a medal. She had many customers in the shop at once, all needing different help, as well as a photo machine running out of ink in the middle of a big order, and then paper, but she just got on with it, dealing with everything and everyone efficiently, with a smile, and served everyone. Really great service. Thank you :)
