Had some photocopying done today in Kendal branch and just want to say that the woman who served me deserved a medal. She had many customers in the shop at once, all needing different help, as well as a photo machine running out of ink in the middle of a big order, and then paper, but she just got on with it, dealing with everything and everyone efficiently, with a smile, and served everyone.
