Such wonderful staff here - very helpful and kind. I have been in 3 times now, doing a collage print of a group of loved ones, lost due to suicide. The staff here have always been compassionate and friendly - they take time helping me sort out the pictures. I have also seen that they are friendly and helpful with all the customers they are serving. I am never going to struggle doing this online as long as this shop is here and such lovely people there, making a sad task easier. Thank You - Vidhi, Jen, Josh . Leicester x
We turned up 28/08/26) and requested the printing of approximately 200 photos, varying sizes in some, and we needed them doing on the same day! Keeta and Reece were tremendously helpful, even with us dumping that on them! The prints were for a wake and the pair of them were extremely sensitive to the situation. Also, a big thank you to the two guys who were in the print room, fantastic effort to turn it them around in a few hours. A superb place to get passport photos at short notice. High quality, personal service, printed to meet any specification. The staff are so helpful and the price is very reasonable.
Amazing service by Nicki. We got a family graduation photoshoot and he made sure everything was smooth. We got all our pictures the next morning.
Initially wasted a tenner at a Morrisons booth to get a passport photo as it said the shot met the requirements but when uploaded on the passport website, it said it didn't. So I went to the Max Spielman shop and a photographer did it himself for only a few pounds more then the booth. Received my new passport with no issues. Thanks!!
