Amazing service by Nicki. We got a family graduation photoshoot and he made sure everything was smooth. We got all our pictures the next morning.
Usually a helpful service, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with one particular staff member,Jay. They refused to laminate an original certificate without providing a clear explanation, repeatedly insisting they only laminate photocopies. This didn’t make much sense to me, as laminating a photocopy defeats the purpose. Additionally, the initial photocopy of my passport page was done poorly. Although it was redone correctly, I was then told I would be charged if I didn’t allow the copy to be destroyed... read more
Initially wasted a tenner at a Morrisons booth to get a passport photo as it said the shot met the requirements but when uploaded on the passport website, it said it didn't. So I went to the Max Spielman shop and a photographer did it himself for only a few pounds more then the booth. Received my new passport with no issues. Thanks!!
I process my 35mm film here many times, knowledgeable staff and friendly service, pricing has increased for film development 36exp 6x4 prints one week £16
