Angie was lovely and so helpful. We went into the store to print off pictures for my Dad’s funeral. Angie’s customer service was brilliant. Not only did she make sure we were happy with everything, she also took an interest in my Dad’s life and put us at ease, which was greatly appreciated. This isn’t the nearest shop to me, but given this experience, I will definately be returning. Thank you Angie

Missed copying pages of passport. When I went back manager was aggressive asking for missing page numbers which I had told her and shown her written down. She had several attempts at getting copies, part of page missing, before eventually completing task.
