Photographer is rushing, did not even double check the passport photo before printing. I have to insist to take another one as I was not satisfied of the first take. Not happy with the service, not worth the price for a low quality passport photo.
Just received the worst customer service from a lady behind the counter. I have been so excited to pick up my hen photos for 3 weeks now. I asked to develop x2 36 black and white Polaroid cameras. I paid extra for these to also be sent to my email address. First of all, no one wrote or called to tell me they had arrived. I called today and was informed they had arrived but that my online photos had been sent to the incorrect email address. Very unprofessional. I took my baby to take passport photo. The lady did it very impatiently. The photo background is white towel with shadow instead of pure white. One ear is not shown in the photo. I asked her if this is okay and she said very impatiently that yes that's fine, they have done many times. Then I posted the photos and all documents back to home country. 2 weeks later it turns out that the photo does not meet the criteria. What a waste of time and money!!!! Now I have to delay all my travel plan.
They made up 3 small photo albums for me. Prior to going there I rang to enquire if they could supply photo books but since I was on a tight deadline Laura at the shop recommended the album option which could definitely be done in time. She was tremendously helpful & ran through all options in great detail. Really great service & product quality.
