Wonderful service and super helpful. Aaron was great in helping print off photos for a party after another service let me down even with someone in the shop being rude he didn't seem to let it phase him. Will definitely be back in future.

I needed to print and edit a bulk of photos for a display, for my mums Funeral today, so popped along to the Shrewsbury branch. Im not confident with technology, and was asked by Aaron if I needed help...and of course I did. He was brilliant. He didn't rush me, he showed me what I needed to do, then kindly took over whilst I stood back and watched. He was kind, polite, very courteous, and excellent at his job. Thankyou Aaron for all your help, and for helping to make me smile. 5 star service from a lovely young man.

I visited Max Spielmann at the weekend. I urgently needed some help with copying certain photos and varied printing and enlargement. I was assisted by Layla who immediately set to work to reassure me and provide what I was asking for. Once again I was delighted with her attitude and approach ..She was eager to assist. I know this is what should happen wherever you shop but as an elderly person I frequently receive service which I find unacceptable. It is with great pleasure that I commend Layla’s service.
