Rude customer service. The shop assistant tried to charge me for someone else’s photos. I wouldn’t have left negative feedback if it weren’t for the argumentative tone — he insisted the photos were mine even though I clearly pointed out that the name on the receipt wasn’t mine, and he continued to insist it was. Way too many unnecessary comments from his side. No apology once I proved his mistake, he just said it’s confusing.

Just arrived at 17:48 hoping to print out a document (single a4 piece of paper) only to be told that all of the machines had been switched off. Absolute joke and I will never visit again, if you say you close at 6pm then don’t close the machines off 10+ minutes before you supposedly close 👎
I went in to get a couple of photos printed out after my recent holiday to send to my family, and the service I received by Jamie was absolutely outstanding. I've worked in retail myself, and I cannot say thank you enough. Jamie was so welcoming, attentive to what I wanted to print, and even after I changed my mind and got a couple more photos printed to put in frames, Jamie was just as helpful. This is great. If you want to instant print photos it's easy peasey and you can Bluetooth the photos from your mobile straight to the photo machine. First time we've tried it and it worked an absolute treat! Follow the directions on the screen, photos are printed then you're standing there thinking where do I pay for this! Cashier / sales help nearby. OR you can print photos and pay at another machine whenever Tesco is open. Great service!!
