Worst service around! We want to print off some A4 designs on card. I can’t do them now. Why not? We’re shutting soon. But there’s 40 minutes left. Yeah but the emails aren’t working and the printer’s really slow. Well, when will the emails be fixed? I haven’t got a clue, I’ve been too busy to call anyone. Went in today and met Bernie, she was amazing helped me with everything I needed regarding prints, photos, laminating and cutting the sizes down, her customer service was fantastic, she was joyful and made me feel like a valued customer, I would definitely come back as Bernie was amazing, Great Job
I discovered both shops near my home didn't print T-shirts. So I loaded it up onto their website and opted for click and collect. The system requested 7 days but the T-shirt was ready in 4 days. I went in and paid for the shirt and print was superb. I will have to see if it survives the washing machine! Excellent customer service at the store despite it being 9:15 am.
Renewed our passports thru Max Spielman. Brilliant service from the young woman that served us, and an excellent turnaround on our passport's. Received new ones in a week 👏👏
