Sorry, I didn't catch the staff member's name. She was awesome, and I hope she gets this message. Me and my sister went in to print some stuff today, and she totally went above and beyond. She's such an amazing person! Her customer service was outstanding, and it's like she knew we were having a bad day but still managed to make us smile. Sharon took my sons photo yesterday, hes only 4 months old and she did an amazing job, trying to get smiles out of him and making him happy and comfortable, the pictures were that good I couldn't pick just one, I had to have them all, thank you
