I went into the Kidderminster branch where I received a top class service from Louise & Peyton. I had photos taken and Louise processed my update of passport online application very efficiently. Peyton did some colour photocopying for me. I took some of the Timpson families free books related to fostering. I asked Louise and Peyton about the company they worked for and they both spoke with sincere pride and a lot of knowledge related to the company. Peyton is a great employee she makes the rating be 5 stars . friendly always happy to help, goes the extra mile , very welcoming , the 1st time i went in she was patient and made the whole experiemce a pleasure and that made me come back to have more acrylics and slates done. she had the initiative of asking feet to be supplied for the slates as customers wanted them as standing features rather than coasters. We always use Max Spielmann to print photos from our phones. Today, we had two special items scanned, with photos and borders added. The service is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Peyton is an absolute credit to your company. She was dealing with four customers; two with special requests. She remains so calm whilst multitasking. Visited Kidderminster branch today. Served by Peyton. What a lovely efficient girl. Shop was very busy but she is very good at multitasking serving all customers who all went out happy thanking her.
After the post office fluffed up my password photo ,it was such a delight to go in Max Spielmann and sort it out ,with politeness clear understanding and a smile to relax me all sorted in ten minutes 10/10 highly recommend. Anthony mol
