I visited Max Spielmann yesterday to print a photo of my dog, who has sadly passed away. I was feeling quite emotional, and the lady who helped me was so kind and compassionate. She said just the right words that made me feel seen and understood during a difficult moment. It’s rare to come across someone with such a genuine, caring nature, and I just wanted to thank her for the kindness she showed me. She really made a tough day a little easier to handle, and I’ll always remember that
Peyton is a great employee she makes the rating be 5 stars . friendly always happy to help, goes the extra mile , very welcoming , the 1st time i went in she was patient and made the whole experiemce a pleasure and that made me come back to have more acrylics and slates done. she had the initiative of asking feet to be supplied for the slates as customers wanted them as standing features rather than coasters. We visited today and was just blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. I think her name was Linsey but she just went above and beyond for us. This was our 1st whole family photo as a family of 6 and I will remember this day and cherish it with the photos we ended up with. I will be getting more made from the pictures for Christmas presents and will absolutely use this place for anything photo wise needed from now on
After the post office fluffed up my password photo ,it was such a delight to go in Max Spielmann and sort it out ,with politeness clear understanding and a smile to relax me all sorted in ten minutes 10/10 highly recommend. Anthony mol
