Remarkable service from Nathan. He was definitely worth waiting for while he was on holiday. I'm sure other staff could have helped, but as a regular customer, I'd choose Nathan every time. I came in for what I originally needed, but Nathan always takes the time to explain the other services available and offer helpful advice. Every visit feels like a new shopping experience because there's always something new I didn't know about. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach make him a real asset to the store.

Nathan has helped me out greatly for the charity Dewsburys cares community group. I’ve explained we doing a big gathering for Christmas for the homeless and lonely people and I wanted to make a poster to get people involved. Nathan as always helped me out and decided to make me a poster to get the message out. And with it been for charity he’s put his heart and effort into and done a better job than i thought and kindly gave for free as good deed.
