Great line in photo printing. Everything from canvas and aluminium printing to cups, tee shirts and other novelty items. Self service photo printing. Massive selection of frames and some very pleasant staff offering good advice. They even do the passport service on usb. Prices are reasonable.
The digital photo I received by email was extremely low quality (only 144 KB), making it practically unusable for most applications. On top of that, only a single photo was taken—no option to choose from multiple shots, which is a standard practice at most photo studios. Taking two or three shots costs nothing extra and shows a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, the focus here seemed to be on rushing the job and collecting payment, rather than providing a decent service.
Visited the Dudley shop today looking for merchandise ideas for a new project. Not sure what i wanted. I met Warren the staff member there. He was just great, showed me the range of options, helped me with a great photo app on my phone that revolutionized my ability to use my photo's. We tried a mug and a keyring and got some great results. That's what I call service! Thanks Warren....

I had a photo shoot done today with prints and a canvas, it was done by El in merry hill and she was amazing start to finish. She was so attentive and friendly. This is the third time she's taken photos of my daughter and I wouldn't go to anyone else now, she has a way of making her smile a real smile making for lovely photos.
