Went in on Monday to print our holiday photos. The lady working in there decided to close everything off just as we were about to print our photos. This meant we had to start the process of selecting and uploading the photos all over again. She was quite abrupt and had no customer service at all. Lady today was extremely helpful when taking passport photo for my Son after paying check and send at post office and Passport office reject photo. Lady checked it will be accepted and even gave us discount as store was shut for a few minutes when we arrived.
The small gestures in life make a huge difference. I was in to print some pictures that were very sentimental after losing a family member. I had gone to happy snaps in town but the staff were rude and unhelpful and I left. Sue helped me load my images on to the screens seeing I was a little agitated and couldn't get them to load . Extra special service from Sue who helped me put together a collage of my sadly departed nephew as a memory gift for his Mum. Sue was so understanding and made suggestions for the collage and found a suitable frame both very quickly and politely whilst showing much empathy. Thank you so much for your help Sue and apologies for the delay in sending this feedback (my visit was on 21st Feb) Pat G
I went to Tesco's Mareway in Northampton. I was pleasantly surprised by the seating. Fantastic! Thick moulded hard plastic seat. No need to adjust, just sit down and the screen gives you arrows to adjust your head and face at the right level. Loved it. The booth was so simple to operate. I didn't even know you could pay by contact less plus send receipt to your private e-mail address. Photo's printed very fast. Good quality.
