Went in today to get photos for a passport, it cost £12 but the girl in there made it quick and easy. Also the photo was sent straight to the Gov website so only needed to put a code in and never had to post it to them. Would recommend it if you need to apply for any documents and need a photo.

I rang Max Spielmann in Serpentine Green regarding getting passport pictures taken for my children. I don't the lady name that served us but she was absolutely amazing when we came, very patient with the kids and was so polite and did a great job getting the passport pictures taken. Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much.
Very rude old lady who is the the manager or the owner. No smile, unhelpful just wanted to be left alone. Terrible customer service. When asked for the service, she made up an excuse that she is not allowed to do it. Also my mum had her passport photos done there as well. Obviously they were done wrong and she had to get them retaken and had to rebook her passport office appointment. Just a joke! Definitely not coming back
Went in to print photos 5/07/25 at 10.30am. Firstly phone wouldn't connect then she said I had to blue tooth them. Everything worked until it ran out of photo paper only printing half of them. Then she was dealing with another customer so I said Ill go do some shopping come back 10 later still had not filled up the paper....
