Gareth was really helpful today. Excellent customer service. I asked for a photo shoot of my son last minute and he said he couldn't as a lady had already arranged to come in to get one done around the time I turned up which was understandable. Anyways i was taking pictures of my son on my phone and he offered to do the shoot as the lady didn't show up. Unfortunately my son wasn't smiling or looking at the camera. just wanted to say a big thank you to Gareth at Max Spielmann in the Swan Centre. I came in just before closing time and was really struggling with the computer, which was stressing me out. Gareth was so helpful and guided me through everything step by step until my images were printed. Without his help, I honestly wouldn’t have managed it. I really appreciate his patience and support.
I visited the Max Spielmann store in the Swan Shopping Centre on 5th June to print some documents. The white female employee working that day was very unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the interaction. When I asked her to print some documents, she did not respond properly and showed no interest in assisting me. I felt she treated me unfairly, and her attitude seemed discriminatory. Went for a Passport photo today, Gareth was very helpful, friendly and efficient I was in and out the shop in a matter of minutes! Great customer service.
I was served by the most charming helpful man at the new shop in the swan centre in yardley branch I’m so grateful to him fabulous customer service
