Gareth was really helpful today. Excellent customer service. I asked for a photo shoot of my son last minute and he said he couldn't as a lady had already arranged to come in to get one done around the time I turned up which was understandable. Anyways i was taking pictures of my son on my phone and he offered to do the shoot as the lady didn't show up. Unfortunately my son wasn't smiling or looking at the camera. I visited the Max Spielmann store in the Swan Shopping Centre on 5th June to print some documents. The white female employee working that day was very unhelpful and disrespectful throughout the interaction. When I asked her to print some documents, she did not respond properly and showed no interest in assisting me. I felt she treated me unfairly, and her attitude seemed discriminatory. Went for a Passport photo today, Gareth was very helpful, friendly and efficient I was in and out the shop in a matter of minutes! Great customer service.
Went in to tesco swan branch on sunday 13th around 4pm to print a pdf document. Lady was very unhelpful and rude she wasn’t even looking at me when talking to me. Told me printer dont work and then just ignored me. Dont understand how people like this get a job. Ruining your business image, definitely lost a customer today.
I was so lucky as they were recommend by someone to me & I'm so grateful they sent me here. Gareth was so helpful, he cleaned up a old passport picture ( 1962 British Jamaican which mom loved as she always loved this great country of ours ) of my mom that we are using for her headstone as she passed away 3 years ago. Thank you so much you were such a gentleman. Your company is lucky to have you. May god bless you.
