Perfect service by Thomas! He managed to engrave a watch for a birthday present with such precision and care. It's really handy they now offer such service. Thomas explained how it works too, never knew lasers can engrave a watch!

I am writing to make a formal complaint about the way I was treated by a member of staff during my recent visit to your shop. The staff member was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful throughout my interaction with her.
