We came today for my son's Passport Photo. It was a great experience as we were greeted by the staff with a smile and she was very accommodating. Photo was taken immediately with just one shot which is perfect! The whole process was very smooth and professional. Thanks to the lovely lady who accommodated us today. ❤️
Edit: To reply to their dishonest response — there isn't any "confusion" - they specifically lie on their website: "In-Store Film Developing: In-store film developing is available at our branch in Yeovil." ------------------------------------------------ They completely lie about the services here. The website page specifically says "In-store film developing is available at our branch in Yeovil", but when I got there I found that there's NO film developing equipment at all. A family member went in today on my say so of the great service I'd experianced a year ago. Got there at 5.45pm as been at work all day the girl was really rude saying "your abit late ain't you" and refused to do the photo and abruptly said go use the booth! So I won't be telling anyone else to go there again. I clearly was lucky with the young lady I had cause this one was the polar opposite!
Had a great experience here today. I was worried about how hard it would be to get my 4 year old to sit still without doing a silly face for a passport photo. But within minutes the lovely lady, who was so friendly and we had a great chat, had both my boys photographed and ready to go. Can’t thank you highly enough.
Holly and Jackie did an amazing job for a large print with very specific dimensions. Over Christmas and during heavy post delays! What was so great was the amazing customer service and transparency. Well done guys! Highly recommend these guys for lots of printing needs.
